The Rev. Ralph Harris officiated. A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaiah Branch and the wife of the Rev. Percy Lovelace Blow. She was a member of Zion Methodist Church of Ocala, FL and a former member of First Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk, for over 25 years. Educated early in Norfolk public schools, she received her B.S degree from Virginia State College, Petersburg, and did post-graduate work at Florida A & M University, Polk Junior College and the University of South Florida at Tampa. She taught for 20 years. She leaves two cousins, the Rev. W. O. Deloatch and Albert Dinkens of Norfolk. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge.
