Virginian Pilot, Thursday, Jun 1,1978
Norfolk - Mrs. Virginia Blue, 50, of 819 E. 29th St., the widow of Leroy Blue
and a Norfolk native, died Tuesday in a hospital.

She was the foster daughter of Mrs. Sophia Selby.  She was a member of Garden of
Prayer Temple, Portsmouth.

Other survivors include two foster sisters, Mrs. Edith J. Lankford and Mrs. Lula
L. Cowell of Norfolk.

A funeral will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Twilight Funeral Home Chapel by
Bishop L. E. Willis.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation at the
funeral home will be tonight from 7 to 9.  The family is at the home of a
sister, Mrs. Lula L. Cowell of 211 E. 29th St.
