Mr. Boggs had retired from the Navy and from a civil service job at the Naval Supply Center. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 60. Survivors include his wife, Lillian H. Boggs; a son, Harold K. Cooper Jr., of Cherokee, N.C.; two sisters, Beth Ochsner of Hastings, Neb., and Vivian Phelps of Trumbull, Neb.; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. John Teter. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
