Bolding, a World War 1 veteran, of 1422 W. 37th street, in Christ Pentecostal Church. The Rev. Beulah F. Dodson officiated. Mr. Bolding died in a Hampton hospital after a long illness. A native of Norfolk, he was the son of the Dock and Mrs. Minnie Bolding. He leaves a sister, Mrs. Ida Batts of Norfolk, two nieces, Mrs. Marian G. White and Mrs. Muriel Bolding, both of New York, and a nephew, Melvin L. Garrett of Norfolk. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Citizens Funeral Home in charge.
