Mr. Dollard’s Mother Follows Her Son
The trouble which has followed fast and thick upon Mrs. Alice Bulger (sic) at 
last ended yesterday, when, after a brief illness, at 1 p.m., she breathed her 
last at her home, No. 64 James street, at the age of 74 years. Last Sunday week 
she buried her husband, Mr. Moses Bulger (sic); last Sunday she buried her son, 
Mr. John Dollard, who was foully murdered, and these afflictions are believed to 
have hastened her death. It will be remembered that she left her home to visit 
that of her murdered son the morning after the tragedy. The funeral will take 
place tomorrow morning at 9:30 o’clock from St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

BULGER – In this city, at her residence, No. 65 James street, Wednesday, at 1 
o’clock p.m., ALICE BULGER, aged 74 years.
Funeral will take place from St. Mary’s Catholic Church THIS (Friday) MORNING at 
9:30 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
