Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - February 12, 1997
Susie Wright Bond, 87, of the 700 block of Fremont St., died Feb. 8, 1997, inher
residence.

Mrs. Bond was predeceased by her sons, John T. Wright and Milton E. Wright. She
was a former member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Joseph C. Yarborough of Yeadon, Pa.; two
daughters-in-law, Mrs. Gladys Wright of Portsmouth, Mrs. Claristine Wright of
Newport News; a niece, Joan Davis of Norfolk; a host of grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Graves Funeral Home Chapel by
the Rev. Robert G. Murray. Family and friends will assemble at Graves Funeral
Home. Burial service follows in the Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.
