Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - March 26, 1992 
George B. "B.B." Bond Jr. of the 800 block of A Ave., a self-employed mechanic, 
died March 22, 1992, in his home.
Mr. Bond was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa S. Bond; eight daughters, Sharon U. Powell, 
Anita Williams, Gina Barnes, Lulu Barnes, Annette Barnes and Helen Barnes, all 
of Norfolk, Junnell Barnes of Washington, and Wilhamelian Barnes of Oakland, 
Calif.; a son, Bernard Robinson; his mother, Mattie Bond; and three sisters, 
Denise Winston, Kimberly Bond and Beverly Bond, all of Norfolk; 27 
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Metropolitan Funeral Service by 
the Rev. William Ruffin. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
