Norfolk - Funeral services were conducted April 26 in Union Chapel AME Church 
for Mrs. Nellie Bondhill of 215 Tidewater drive. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery 
with Hale Funeral Home in charge. The Rev. Herman Carrington officiated.


The Norfolk native was the wife of Harry J. Bondhill and a daughter of the late 
Al and Mrs. Mary Hodges. She was a member of Union Chapel AME Church.

Surviving, in addition of her husband, are one stepdaughter, Mrs. Lillian Perry 
of Norfolk; one brother, George Berks of Jersey City, NJ; and one sister, Mrs. 
Nettie Polks of Petersburg.
