Norfolk - Harry Thomas Bondhill of 217 Tidewater Drive, the husband of the late 
Mrs. Nellie Bondhill and a native of Belhaven, NC, died Sunday, April 17 in his 
home.

He worked for Sanderlin Seafood Co. 50 years and retired. He was a member of 
Union Chapel AME Church and was a choir member, a trustee, and member of the 
Steward Board.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lillian L. Perry of Norfolk; a son, William 
T. Bondhill of New York; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Tate of Chesapeake; two brothers, 
John T. Bondhill Jr. of New York and William Bondhill of Belhaven, two 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral was held Thursday, April 21 in Union Chapel AME Church by the Rev. 
Charles Wilson. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
