Norfolk Journal and Guide, Nov 14, 1942
The funeral of Mrs. Rosa Booker, 901 Brambleton avenue, who died at a local 
hospital, November 6, was held November 9 in the chapel of Riddick’s Funeral 
Home with the Rev. R. K. D. Garrett officiating.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery.  She is survived by a daughter and two sisters.
