Mrs. Annie Boose, of 508 E. Brambleton avenue died Oct 8, in a local 
hospital at the age of 69.  She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
James Dempsey, a native of North Carolina and a resident of Norfolk for over 
forty years.

Surviving are one aunt, Mrs. Mary Bembrey;  one niece, Mrs. Louise Sehrid 
and a host of other relatives and friends.

Final rites were held Oct. 13 at 1 p.m. at the New Calvary Baptist Church 
with the pastor, the Rev. S. A. Wilson officiating.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery with the Morning Glory funeral home in charge.
