Norfolk Virginian Pilot September 22, 1941

Secondo Giovanni Bosio, aged 54, husband of Mrs. Caroline Rubin Bosio and son of 
the late Giacamo and Mrs. Dominica Bosio, died at a local hospital last night at 
10 o'clock. He was a native of Turino, Italy and a resident of Norfolk for the 
past 28 years, residing at 1600 Llewellyn Avenue at the time of his death. He 
was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Mario S. Bosio, of Norfolk; five 
daughters, Mrs. R.E. Westlake, of Pacific Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Vincent J. Picone, 
of Norfolk; Mrs. Roy Cutler, of New York and Misses Catherine R. and Louise M. 
Bosio, both of Norfolk; four grandchildren; a brother, of San Diego, Calif.; a 
niece and a nephew.
The body was taken to the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, 
pending arrangements.

BOSIO, SECONDO GIOVANNI - At a local hospital, Sunday, September 21, 1941 at 10 
o'clock p.m., SECONDO GIOVANNI, husband of Mrs. Caroline Rubin Bosio and son of 
the late Giacamo and Mrs. Dominica Bosio, in the 55th year of his age. Remains 
will be taken from the residence, No. 1600 Llewellyn Avenue to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for funeral services WEDNESDAY MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of 
the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
