NORFOLK —- Louis Bottino, 58, of 411 Ridgeley Road, founder and general manager of 
Ajax Tile & Marble Co., Inc., died Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., in a Virginia Beach 
hospital.

A native of Brooklyn, N.J., he lived in Norfolk 30 years.

He was the husband of Mrs. Grace Cogliandro Bottino and a son of Michael and Mrs. 
Agatha Scalia Bottino.

He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Bow Creek Country Club, and 
Lafayette Country Club; He was a trustee of the pension fund of Bricklayers, 
Stonemasons and Tile Setters Union.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Michael Louis Bottino and Sanford 
Bottino, and a daughter, Mrs. Grace B. Jackson, all of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. 
Laura Mazzeralla of Washington arid Mrs. Venida Kirk of Long Island, N.Y.; and 
four grandchildren.

The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church for a funeral service Thursday at 10 a m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery.

The Rosary will be recited at the funeral apartments tonight at 7:30.
