Norfolk - Mrs. Lucy S. Bowe of 920 Oaklawn avenue, died Saturday in her 
home.

A native of Emporia, she was a daughter of Sonney and Mrs. Julia Smith and 
the widow of Mountain H. Bowe, Sr.

She was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Mountain H. Bowe Jr., of Virginia Beach and 
Frank Bowe of Norfolk;  two brothers, Willie Smith of Philadelphia and 
Turner Smith of Emporia;  four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.

(Per death certificate, burial was in Calvary Cemetery)
