The Virginian Pilot October 7, 1956
Miss Minnie Elizabeth Boykin, 94, daughter of the late John P. and Mrs. Martha 
Fulgham Boykin, died Friday at the Mary F. Ballentine Home, Norfolk.
She was a native of Ivor and had been a resident of Norfolk many years.  
Surviving are five nieces, Mrs. R. Boykin Benson and Mrs. Robert Crow of 
Norfolk; Mrs. William Sanford and Mrs. Fred Even of Augusta, Ga., and Mrs. 
Howard Ferris of Anchorage, Ky., and two nephews, Maj. Maury Boykin of Norfolk, 
and Rhodes Boykin of Birmingham, Ala.
Services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments at 3:30 p.. 
today by the Rev. P. Rowland Wagner, pastor of Central Baptist Church.  Burial 
will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
