Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, April 20, 1990 
Oscar Vernon Bradby, a Norfolk native, died April 15, 1990, in a hospital.

Mr. Bradby was assistant director of human resources administration of New York
City. He had attended Norfolk State University.

Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth T. Bradby of East St. Louis, Ill.; his
father, Oscar L. Bradby of Norfolk; two sisters, Karen B. Mitchell and Cassandra
B. Griffin of East St. Louis; and a brother, Keith L. Bradby of Houston.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Graves Funeral Home,
Norfolk, by the Rev. Richard A. Council. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery ,
Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 4401 Colonial Ave., Norfolk.
