Miss Bradley was the daughter of the late James and Frances Bradley and a native of Norfolk. She was a graduate of the old Norfolk Mission College, and received her bachelor's degree from Hampton Institute. She later took her master's degree at New York University, New York. Before her retirement at the end of the 1956-57 school year, she was teaching at Ruffner Junior High School. Previously she taught at Booker T. Washington High School, where she went shortly after it was built. She was a member of the St. John A.M.E. Church. She is survived by her niece, Mrs. Hucles, and a number of cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Riddick Funeral Home. Burial will be in the family plot at Calvary Cemetery.
