Norfolk Journal and Guide,Saturday,Feb 17,1945
John N. Braye - Funeral services for Mr. Braye, 62, of W. 42nd street, who died on 
Feb. 11, were held on Feb. 15 from the Church of God in Christ Disciples with 
Elder Williams officiating. Surviving is his widow, Mrs. Martha Braye. Interment 
was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
