William H. Brazell of 1211 Nelson street, Norfolk, died Sunday morning, Oct. 
14, at his residence after a short illness.

He was the son of the late Robert and Laura Williams Brazell of Jamesville, 
NC.  He was a retired fireman of the Chesapeake Ferries.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. from St. Joseph 
A.M.E.Z. Church of South Norfolk with the Rev. R. A. Williams officiating.

He is survived by a daughter, Miss Marion Brazell of this city, and other 
relatives.  Burial will take place in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Pretlow’s 
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
