R. J. Alston officiating. Mrs. Brewer was well known over the entire community and greatly loved by many. Her passing was a distinct shock to the Southside. Eight months ago she became the bride of Mack Brewer by whom she is survived besides her daughter, Mrs. Vessie Johnson, son, Winston Wilkins, two sisters, and three brothers. During the services a solo was rendered by Mrs. M. B. Moore. Condolences were read by Miss Helen Booth and Mrs. Lovie Northern. Interment was in the Calvary Cemetery with Chatman Funeral Home in charge.
