He was a son of the late Bruce and Mrs. Alice Brewer and was born in Monroe, N.C. He lived in Norfolk 50 years and operated Buster's Shoe Sine Parlor on East Olney Road 10 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Viola Brewer; one son, Oner Brewer of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. Beulah Mayhew; and one brother, Harry Lew Brewer of New York City. The body was taken to Pretlow's Funeral Home. Additional Comments: NORFOLK - A funeral service for Hazel B. Brewer of 1235 Roscoe St., wo died Tuesday, will be held in Pretlow's Funeral Home Saturday at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. W.B. Westbrook, pastor of New Central Baptist Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
