Mrs. Susan Brewer died Sunday, January first at the residence of her daughter
and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Moore, 821 Ave. A. Her funeral took place
from St. John’s A. M. E. Church, Tuesday, January third, and was conducted by
Rev. M. E. Davis. Mrs. Annie H. Davis sang, “Some Sweet Day.” The burial took
place in Calvary Cemetery.
