Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 17,1969
Norfolk - Funeral rites for Reginald Brickhouse Jr., 31, of New York, were 
conducted May 12 in Graves Funeral Chapel.  The Rev. Richard C. Councill 
officiated.

A native of Norfolk, he was a son of Reginald Brickhouse and Mrs. Minnie R. 
Nelson.

He was a self-employed artist and a member of St. Marks Community Church.  
He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Besides his parents, surviving are his stepfather, Milton Nelson Sr. of 
Norfolk;  a son Reginald Brickhouse III, a daughter, Adria Brickhouse, all 
of New York;  two stepbrothers,  Milton S. Nelson Jr.,and Luther Nelson of 
Norfolk;  and four sisters, Misses Gloria Gallop, Elnora Nelson, Stephanie 
Nelson, and Trudy Nelson of Norfolk.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
