Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, March 26, 1998 
Eugene ``Tootie'' Brickhouse, a native of Norfolk and of the 600 block of Goff
Street, departed this life March 15, 1998, in Wichita, Kan.

Survivors include his mother, Teresa Brickhouse; father, Leland Brickhouse Jr.;
children, Marquita Webb, Eugene Webb, Zerance Brickhouse, Ronald Webb, Tremayne
Johnson, Tracy Ricks; sisters, Shelia Brickhouse, Pamela Gadson, Crystal
Stephaney; brothers, Leland Brickhouse III, Richard Brickhouse, Hamilton
Brickhouse, Brian Brickhouse Sr., Rodney Roberts, Phillip Thompson; and a host
of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at 695 Goff St. A funeral will be conducted at
11 a.m. Saturday in the Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception by
Monsignor Walter Barrett. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Graves Funeral
Home is in charge.
