NORFOLK - Mrs. Sarah Brown Bridgett, of 2516 West Ave., died Friday in a 
hospital.

She was the wife of Clinton J. Bridgett, a native of Norfolk, retired from the 
S.T.O.P. program, and a member of Grace Episcopal Church.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Sarah Scott Wiley of McLeansville, 
N.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Esther Blake of New York, Mrs. Bertha Jones of St. 
Petersburg, Fla.; and Mrs. Rae Driver of Baltimore, Md.; several other nieces 
and nephews; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Grace Episcopal Church, by 
Father Joseph N. Green, Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery Riddick Funeral 
Service is in charge. Donations may be made to the local Heart Fund.
