Woodrow Briggs, 9, son of Mrs. Martha Briggs of 402 Ligon street died Dec. 
15 in a Norfolk hospital after a three-month illness.

Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church, Campostella, saturday, 
Dec. 19, the Rev. R. L. Harris officiating. Burial arrangements were handled 
by Corprew Funeral Home.

Survivors besides his mother are one sister, Veronica Briggs, three 
brothers, Ronald, Donald and Harry W. Briggs, all of Norfolk.
