She was the daughter of the late James B. and Frances Holmes Skinner and had been a resident of Norfolk for 39 years. Surviving her are three daughters, Miss Caroline Bright, Mrs. Katherine Rose and Mrs. Helen Holmes Easter, all of Norfolk; a brother, John Skinner, of Hampton and three grandchildren, of Norfolk. The body will be taken from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne road, to Elmwood Cemetery Monday at noon for funeral services at the grave.
