NORFOLK - Willie I, Bright of 872 Philpotts Road died Wednesday in a hospital.

A native of Gloucester County, he was the husband of Mrs. Zitphenia F. Bright 
and a son of the late Thomas and Mrs. Catherine Bright.

He was retired from the Virginian Railroad after 25 years. He was a member of 
Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and its Senior Male Usher Board and of Tidewater 
Masonic Lodge 106.

Besides his widow, surviving are three stepsons, O'Neal Fornville, Marvin 
Fornville, and David Fornville of Norfolk; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Kelly of 
Norfolk and Mrs. Elsie Sewart of Los Angeles, Calif.; a brother, Hersey Bright, 
and two sisters, Mrs. Lelia Revell and Mrs. Mary E. Band, all of Norfolk; 11 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church 
by the Rev. B.A. Beamer. Burial will be in Cavalry Cemetery with Graves Funeral 
Home in charge.
