NORFOLK - England L. Bright, 53, of 1239 Wide St. died Friday at 10 a.m. in his
home.
  A native of Farmerville LA, he was the son of George and Mrs. Elizabeth Bright.
  He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Eloise Mitchell and Mrs. Elnora Davis of
Brooklyn, NY; and a brother, James Lamb of Norfolk.
  A funeral service will be conducted in B. F. King Funeral Home Tuesday at 10
a.m. by the Rev. Richard B. Martin of Grace Episcopal Church.  Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery.
