The Virginia Pilot March 9, 1969
Mrs. Grace Hart Brinson of 1114 North Shore Road, the wife of Wilbur G. Brinson 
and a daughter of Whitmel Vernon and Mrs. Martha Williams Hart, died in a 
hospital Saturday at 6:55 p.m.
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, she was a member of Episcopal Church of the 
Ascension.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James L. Nelson and 
Mrs. George H. Bowers Jr. of Norfolk, and eight grandchildren.
The body will be taken from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to Episcopal Church of 
Ascension for a funeral service Monday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Frank L. Rose Jr.  
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
