Virginian Pilot February 27, 1990

Buster E. Britt, 87, died Feb. 23, 1990, in a nursing home.
Mr. Britt was a native of Southampton County.  He was a member of New Bethel 
Baptist Church, Boykins.
Survivors include his wife, Frances M. Britt; a sister, Josephine B. Wells of 
Como, N.C.; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Twilight Funeral Home by 
the Rev. Elijah Arnold.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.  Family and 
friends will assemble at 10:45 a.m. in the funeral home.
