Norfolk - Mrs. Rosa Riddick Britt, 78, of 950 Cecelia St., the widow of Shepard 
Britt and a native of Norfolk, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, in a hospital.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Survivors include a foster son, Isiah Hubbard and a sister, Mrs. Mattie Dove, 
both of Norfolk.

A funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 8, in Bethlehem Baptist Church by the 
Rev. L. P. Watson. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Ruffin and Vaughan’s 
Funeral Home, Newport News, in charge.
