Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, May 25, 1993 
Willie Mae Brothers of the 2200 block of Columbia Ave., a domestic worker, died
May 20, 1993, in a New York hospital.

Mrs. Brothers was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Walter Brothers. She was
a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include nieces, Sallie Mae Tavers and Lucille Epps, both of Norfolk,
and Mary Speller of Chesapeake; 12 great-nieces; nine great-nephews; and a host
of great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Graves Funeral Home by the
Rev. Arnold Sherrod. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will
assemble at 2208 Columbia Ave.
