                           Death of Mrs. Broughton

The many friends of Mrs. Mattie A. Broughton, relict of the late Mr. John 
Broughton, will learn with sorrow of her death, which occurred at the home of 
her son, Mr. John Broughton, 39 Arlington Place, at 11 o'clock last night. The 
deceased had been confined to her bed for about three months. She is survived by 
two children, a son and daughter, The funeral will be announced later.

BROUGHTON - At the residence of her son, John Broughton, 39 Arlington Place, 
Wednesday, October 29, 1902, at 11 p.m., MRS. MATTIE A. BROUGHTON, relict of the 
late John Broughton. 
Funeral service from the above residence THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON, at 3 o'clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend.
