BROUGHTON, MRS. FRANCES HART - In a local hospital, Monday, MRS. FRANCES HART 
BROUGHTON, widow of Alexander Bell Broughton, II, and daughter of the late Charles 
H. and Mrs. Fannie Clayton Davis Hart, in the 76th year of her age. A funeral 
service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, Wednesday at 11 
o'clock. Burial, Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, make contributions to 
Cancer Fund.
