Having lived in this city the whole of his life he was greatly esteemed by a large number of friends. He was a member of Norfolk Elks and Norfolk Conclave, 251, I.O.H. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. C.V.W. Trice and Mrs. B.P. Myrick, a son James J. Brounley and six grandchildren, all of Norfolk. The funeral will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, of which he was a member, Friday morning at 10 o'clock.
