Norfolk - Funeral services for Thomas Brown, who died at his home here at 975 
Rugby street Tuesday at 11 p.m. were scheduled for Thursday of this week at 2 
p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church with the rector, the Rev. Richard B. Martin, 
officiating.

Mr. Brown, who had been sick for about four years and confined to his home, was 
an esteemed member of Grace Church and a Mason. He is survived by his widow, 
Mrs. Thomas Brown; one daughter, Mrs. Sarah Harrison, Norfolk; two sons, Thomas 
H. Brown, Portsmouth, and Wilford Brown, Norfolk, and several grandchildren.

Interment was scheduled for Calvary Cemetery, and King’s Funeral Home was in 
charge of arrangements.
