James E. Brown, of 724 Park avenue, died Tuesday, April 7, at a local hospital
after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 12, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church
immediately after services.

Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Oleana Brown; one son, Carlos E. Saine, and
eight grandchildren.
