NORFOLK - Betty Lou Tutson Brown, 67, passed away Aug. 2, 2010. She was born
Aug. 25, 1942 in Windsor, N.C. She is survived by her parents, Louella and Paul
Hines; three daughters, Paula Evans, Iridell Peterson and Cassandra Garrett; one
son, Clarence Tutson Jr. (Dana); a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Metropolitan Funeral Service,
Granby St. Chapel. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.
