Virginian-Pilot, December 20, 1945
FRANK WEBSTER BROWN, 59, died yesterday afternoon at 1:15 o'clock in Was
Washington, DC.
He was a son of the late Edward L. and Mrs. Lydia Brown. A native of Norfolk, he
he had been a resident of Washington for a number of years.
Surviving him are a brother, William L. Brown, of Washington, DC, and a sister, M
Mattie B. Kelly, of South Norfolk.
The body will arrive in Norfolk Friday morning and will be brought to the 
funeral chapel of James V. Derry, where funeral services will be conducted 
Friday afternoon, the time to be announced later. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
