BROWN, LUTHER WILSON, SR. – At the residence, 1843 Kingston Avenue, Tuesday night, 
July 30, 1957, at 6:55 o’clock, LUTHER WILSON BROWN SR., husband of Mrs. Hazel 
Pettit Brown, in the 69th year of his age. The body will be taken from the 
Hollomon-Bown Funeral Home to the Church of the Good Shepherd for funeral services 
THURSDAY AFTERNOON, August 1, 1957, at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to 
attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
