Norfolk Virginian October 16, 1894
The funeral of Mrs. Margarette Brown took place Sunday afternoon from the Fourth 
Street Baptist Church. The services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Kennard, assisted 
by Rev. Frank Hall. The remains were buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Norfolk.
