Norfolk - Willie Lee Brown, of 1454 Melon street, was given final rites Wednesday 
in Riddick Funeral Home by the Rev. Vannie Parker.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery.  Mr. Brown died Sunday in his home after a long illness.

A Norfolk native, he was a son of Mrs. Gracie Brown Singleton and the late George 
Brown.  He worked 20 years for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Leon Brown;  a brother, 
Linwood Brown of Norfolk;  and a sister, Mrs. Sadie Angelo of Philadelphia.
