Virginian-Pilot  June 20, 1968
Chesapeake - Vincent Earnest Brown, 44, of 2821 Fireside Road, died in his home 
Wednesday.
He was a son of the late Charles William and Mrs. Vera Eunice Mayo Brown.
A Norfolk native, he lived here most of his life.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Nelson and Miss Jackie Rackinger of Wayne, 
Mich.; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Virginia Parr, of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, 
Saturday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Paul T Gaughan of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
The family will be at 2713 Early St., Norfolk.
