Mrs. Fannie L. Brown, 74, of 2846 Pioneer Avenue, was given funeral rites at St. 
John AME Church Sunday with the Rev. W. L. Hildebrand officiating.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.

A native of Norfolk, Mrs. Brown died in New York Sept. 21. Her survivors are a 
son, Reginald Johnson of New York; two grandsons, a granddaughter, three nephews 
and a niece.
