Brownley, age 50, died in a hospital in Atlanta, Ga., Thursday night, after an illness of 22 months. Mrs. Brownley was a native of South Norfolk, and had lived in Atlanta for the past two years. She was the daughter of William T. and Nannie Swinson Coburn, and wife of Harry E. Brownley. Besides her husband she is survived by two sisters. Mrs. Henry W. Divers, of Norfolk, and Mrs. R.W. Bondurant, of Williamston, N.C.; a brother, J.W. Coburn, of Baltimore and several nieces and nephews. The body will arrive this morning at 11 o’clock and will be taken to the Sykes Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley Avenue, pending funeral arrangements.
