Frederick Leo Brunsted died yesterday morning in the 32nd year of his life, after 
a short illness, at his residence, Detroit apartments, 401 Thirty-first street. He 
was a native of Baltimore, but had been a resident of Norfolk for the past three 
years. He is a retired marine officer and since the past year has been connected 
with the Knights of Columbus welfare work.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Wood Brunsted; one son, John Henry Brunsted; two 
sisters of Detroit and one brother in California. Funeral services will be held 
tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock at the Sacred Heart Catholic church. Burial will be 
in St. Mary’s cemetery.
