Norfolk Virginian August 14, 1894
The funeral of Mrs. Myra Oldfield Bryant, who died in New York last Friday, took 
place from St. Paul’s Church Sunday at 3:30 p.m. and was conducted by Rev. B. D. 
Tucker. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: 
Messrs. James C. Robertson, Hugh M. Murray, Lewis V. Smith, Kenneth R. Cobb, 
Herman G. Smith and C. B. Barton.
The remains arrived here Sunday morning and were taken to the residence of Mr. 
Bryant at the corner of Freemason and Brewer streets. The funeral was very largely 
attended.
