Impressive funeral rites for Mrs. Priscilla Dickerson Bryant who passed away 
on December 6 was conducted at St. John’s A.M.E. Church on December 9 with the 
Rev. J. A. Young officiating.  Floral designs were many and beautiful.  
Interment followed in Calvary Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Dickerson of 
Roper, N;  husband, Thomas Bryant of this city, sisters, Mrs. Milton Baxter of 
Norfolk, and Mrs. Marion Mitchell of Greenville, NC;  brothers, one in Ohio 
and William Dickerson, James Dunbar and Frank Dickerson of New York City.
