Bryant, aged 56, wife of G.J. Bryant, died yesterday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at her home 1426 Hull street, South Norfolk She was a daughter of the late James and Sarah Gallup Hall, a native of Hertford, N.C., and had made her home in South Norfolk for many years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children, Mrs. Helen Brothers, Elmer L. Bryant, Aldrin Bryant and R.J. Bryant, of South Norfolk, and Mrs. Ada Jones, of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Lonnie Blanchard and Mrs. Minnie Berger, of South Norfolk; a brother, A.L. Hall, and a half-brother, B.R. Hall, both of Norfolk, and four grandchildren. She was a member of Burrow's Memorial Baptist Church, Lamberts Point. The body was removed to the J.R. Williams Funeral Home, 1027 Chesapeake avenue, South Norfolk. Notice of funeral will appear later.
